I was looking for a cheaper alternative for a chest pouch. This condor panel definitely does the job. I can fit two dual M4 mag pouches on the front. The pocket in the middle behind the molle is big and pretty much the same size that you see with the molle.
Pros:
You can customize this however you want with the molle
Super light compared to a plate carrier
It can fit high or low on your body
Cons:
Takes a few minutes at first to get the position you want, after that it stays in place
