Condor Outdoor Products Inc. has over 20 years of experience in the tactical/outdoor gear industry; specializing in tactical gear including vests, plate carriers, modular pouches, and packs. They are a licensed Multicam and A-TACS dealer. Condor Outdoor gear has become a staple in law enforcement, military, and airsoft industries given its quality and affordable price. More recently they have expanded to making more of their products in the USA and have added a tactical apparel line, offering technical performance jackets, base layers, and pants.
The Condor Outdoor H Harness is made to be used in conjunction with the Condor Outdoor Battle Belt and Riggers Belt. The H Harness attaches to the plastic D-rings to help support the battle belt, this is especially helpful if the Battle Belt is loaded with gear like magazine or a radio. This H Harness also has a section of molle webbing on the back which can be used for an EMT pouch or Hydration Carrier. This piece works well the the Condor Outdoor Battle Belt and Riggers belt to provide a high speed, low drag rig to carry the bare essentials needed for battle.

O.K.... First off, this is an AMAZING rig for snipers. If you buy the battle belt (belt with molle shown in picture), you can put holsters/clip holders/almost any molle pouch you can think of! I totally recommend this vest So, long story short, vest is good overall, no protection, and just loved by me!!!!!
Pros:
light
good for frop legs/thigh rigs (Keeps your vest from riding up your body, and keeps your drop leg/thigh rig from sliding down your leg)
Cons:
No protection (Only a con if your a wimp like me)
Out of the box, the top harness will fall off (fixed with adjusting...just like any other vest :D)
And that's about it for cons!
This is a very lightweight nylon Harness. I got this one in conjunction with a battle belt, to help distribute the weight of my rig more evenly. Together with the battlebelt, the weight is kept to a minimum, and the only real weight comes from the loaded magazine or other pouches.
The harness is fully adjustable and also comes with a buckle across the chest which keeps the shoulder straps from sliding off to the side.
Pros:
Very lightweight.
The back has several rows of Molle loops to use, although the material of the back is fairly thin.
The front shoulder straps have a couple rows of Molle webbing to use, which is perfect for a small radio pouch, administrative pouch, or even an extra magazine holder.
Cons:
I feel that the rear panel should be thicker, since that is where you would mount something heavy like a water bladder.
Overall the stitching is decent, and the overall quality of the straps and buckles is pretty good. Because of the light weight and usefulness of this harness, considering the price, I will give this 4/5. Very good, but it could be just a little better.
I got this along with a battle belt for my sniper loadout, and it is perfect! It is very lightweight and helps distribute the weight of the belt very evenly.
Pros:
1) Lightweight
2) Distributes weight of battle belt very well
3) Makes you look totally BA
Cons:
1) The adjustment straps are insanely long so I had to tape them(not a big deal I just like everything looking perfect)
Thats really the only con
overall this was a great buy, and a very cheap one. I would highly recommend this for any lightweight or sniper loadouts

Can this be worn under a plate carrier?
I have a condor plate carrier and was wondering if the molle panel on the back was too thick to fit under a vest
