Condor Outdoor Products Inc. has over 20 years of experience in the tactical/outdoor gear industry; specializing in tactical gear including vests, plate carriers, modular pouches, and packs. They are a licensed Multicam and A-TACS dealer. Condor Outdoor gear has become a staple in law enforcement, military, and airsoft industries given its quality and affordable price. More recently they have expanded to making more of their products in the USA and have added a tactical apparel line, offering technical performance jackets, base layers, and pants.
The Condor Outdoor Crossover Leg Rig is a multipurpose drop leg rig. It can be used as a dump pouch, magazine pouch, or just for miscellaneous items. The main compartment has a draw string under the flap to keep magazines from falling out once they are in. On both sides of the main compartment are pistol magazine pouches. And on the front side, as well as on the flap, are small compartments for miscellaneous items. The top strap is meant to be used like a belt, around the waist, and the bottom strap secures the rig to the leg. This is a great multi-purpose addition to a high speed/low drag outdoor rig.

This is a great leg rig. I have it holding:
3 450 Round G&G SCAR Mags w/ Magpuls on them
1000 Rounds of Ammo
My Blackberry Curve
My Wallet
It can hold in addition to the above:
2 Pistol mags or 2 AEG batteries (or a mix, it has 2 pistol mag size pouches on the sides
Pros:
Great Quality
Holds a ton of stuff
Feels Secure
Cons:
The straps are too long.
It has this little thing thing that would keep rain out of the main pocket, but it is annoying because it makes it hard to put stuff into it without looking. It can be cut off if you want though.
Fairly big, but it carries a ton in them. It has a main compartment, a smaller one stacked on top of it, two pistol magazine sized pouches off to the side, and a zip compartment up top. You can carry plenty and its pockets can be used for a wide range of things. I run this for field as a miscellaneous pouch, for shotgun set-ups as both a dump pouch and shell holder, and have also squeezed just about any conceivable combination of gear into it. It's a general purpose rig, so it's uses are as far-flung as your imagination can take you. That being said, its priced fairly low, so it works out as a great bargain.
As a side note, its upper strap is actually a belt that goes all the way around your waist. It conflicts with vest belts and the buckle is in front, so you will be using this on your right side most of the time, which so happens to conflict with drop leg holsters as well.
Pros:
Quality build
Lots of space
Plenty of uses
Cons:
Upper strap is a belt, which can complicate gear combinations
This is a great product. It carries a ton of stuff in them. If you play CQB, you could probably fit all the stuff you need in this thing. The upper band is a belt and the detachable lower one goes around your leg. It has a small dump pouch which fits a pistol or a few mags perfectly. It has a M4 zipper mag pouch on the front which is designed to fit two mags but really only fits one. On top of that pouch there is a open top M4 mag pouch. On the sides are two Velcro pistol mag pouches. There is one large flat mesh pocket for miscellaneous objects, and a small zipper pouch for things like tools and batteries.
Pros:
Detachable lower band
No loose threads
Lasted a long time
Fits a whole pile of stuff.
Cons:
There's a polyester cover for the dump pouch which really gets in the way of removing or inserting anything.
