The Condor Outdoor Fleece Jacket is a warm and rugged outer layer with abrasion-reinforced collar, shoulders, and forearm. Each shoulder has a panel for patches, and underneath the panel on the left sleeve is a zippered pocket. On the abdomen are two angled zipper pockets to keep the wearer's hands warm. On the left pectoral is a vertical zippered pocket for quickly accessible items like phones or other media devices. Inside the shoulder pocket and pectoral pocket are media pass through holes for ear plug wires. The soft fleece body and reinforced areas make this an all-around comfortable and long lasting jacket.

I bought this to wear at work. I'm an EMT-I so I needed something that can be comfortable yet still look professional. It didn't disappoint. Pretty solid jacket. Warm in cool weather. Pretty durable for fleece. Would recommend it for anyone.

Cons:
I have muscle but I'm by no means a large frame person. My only beef with this would be Airsoft GI not supplying a small size. The medium fits but It's a bit baggy around the armpits and down the arms. [ Just a length issue for me =) ]

The Condor Alpha Micro Fleece is a great lightweight jacket with a lot of great features. The pockets are a great size and the added holes in the top pocket and sleeve pocket are perfect for a headphone cord. This is one of the nicest jackets I have worn in a long time and on the first day wearing it I got a ton of compliments.
Pros:
Fits perfect. Not a real baggy fit. The pockets have a lot of room. The thumb holes are a nice touch on the sleeves.
Cons:
No disadvantages to owning this product. For the price, this is one of the best fleece jackets you can buy.
