The Classic Army Reinforced Piston is one of the latest parts available in the series of upgrade parts manufactured by CA airsoft. The piston is made from lightweight polycarbonate so its easier on the gearbox shell and the gears.
Please Note:
The use of aftermarket airsoft parts is not an exact science. Some parts may require fitting even thought they were designed to fit without modification. Professional installation of upgrade parts is highly recommended.

Product Information:
If this is the exact same piston they install in their x-series, then I have mixed feelings.
I was using mine on an m120 spring, m120 high torque motor etc in a standard X-series set up with an intellect 9.6v battery
About 2000 rounds later this piston stripped. I was not doing prolonged firing, may be a 5 second burst at the most but usually used three second burst.
Piston stripped at the rear where the tooth is at its thickest.
Pros:
The polycarb is not smooth - textured and thus holds grease much better.
Cons:
Mine stripped on a 9.6

this is the one in the x series, but using a 25c lipo, and deans connectors, and its still goin. there is some wear, but that is because the AOE isnt great, i would recommend taking off the second tooth for the AOE. but its great for anything m120 and down. I have heard of people using it for m130, but i dont think it would lasst very long.
Pros:
light weight
fairly strong
holds up to lipo
good for high speed 400fps and down
Cons:
need to file down the second tooth
not ment for super high fps, but hold up fine to around 400
overall, good piston, but i would recommend something else for anything more than an m120

great product much more durable than the src stock piston i stripped the src piston on an m120 almost right away, so I put this in and it works fine. took a while to shave down a tooth for correct AOE cuz its strong material
