Great starter AK47! I bought this gun off another guy on a field as a backup for really cheap. The gun had been used for years, and I used it for a year. It still is going strong. The gun has some external damage now after many years of use. It still works fine. The charging handle and top receiver cover switch are now gone, and the underfolding stock is now very wobbly. But the gun still shoots the same as it came out of the box. Overall, one of the best buys you could get for a new player who wants an AK instead of an M4

Pros:

-Accepts most standard AK magazines, none of the proprietary double eagle junk
-Long lasting internals
-Externals are good for plastic
-Folding stock makes it easy to store gun in smaller bags
-Simple and easy to use for starters
-Good FPS range for outdoor play

Cons:
-Plastic externals
-Can only accept stick type batteries and maybe some very small lipos
-Not very accurate, at least after years of use
-The magazine it comes with is low quality, get an one or too good extras and you will be fine
- Battery it comes with is not that great, get a backup

The Ak47S arrived about a week after I ordered it which was great. I first opened the box and read the instructions and inspected everything. I noticed right away the sound of something ratteling around inside the magazine so I opened the BB loading door and turned it upside down. Small bits of plastic came out. I assumed it was damaged in shipping given the hole and dent on the outer shipping box. Regardless I was able to load the magazine Krytec BBs and it was able to squeeze of around 150 shots before the winding wheel on the bottom of the magazine stopped working. I tried several times with Lancer ammo as well with the same results. I called AirsoftGI after looking thru the instruction manual. A nice fellow named Eric promptly took the call and very kindly asked me a few questions determining that I had recieved a damaged clip. He with no hesitation offered to replace the magazine free of charge. I just recieved the magazine about an hour ago and have shot almost 1000 rounds from this gun with no problems. In fact the Ak47S is so impressive for the price and AirsoftGI was so great at taking care of the issue with the magazine that I can only really say good things about this gun. The ergonomics of the folding stock can be hard to get used to at first, however its CQB potential makes up for it. I recommend this gun for anyone who is looking for a great field and CQB gun that does not cost a lot and can be upgraded further in many ways. I have to admit when I ordered the gun I expected much less and this gun exceeded my expectations. As did the customer support at AirsoftGI.

Cons:
The folding stock does make switching fire modes a little difficult at first.
The battery compartment can be a little tricky to close until you realize how simple it really is!

Product Information:
A few months back I bought this gun on sale. It was 80$ 350fps and full metal, and a ak47! This a great beginer gun, but a recommend getting the one with the non-foldable stock. Also you should get a railed hand guard while your at it. This gun is awesome!
