The CM028A AK-47 RIS is a great replica of the famous assault rifle that is in use by the Russian military as well as many other military organizations all over the world. This rifle is sturdily constructed with a metal barrel assembly, metal receiver cover, rail interface system, ergo pistol grip and metal trigger assembly. Also, it comes with a new generation metal gearbox. All these features and the foldable grip, the AK sling, and the large 8.4v battery make this package the best AK-47 on the market.

A decent product, and as always with anything cyma it works well. Yes Cyma maintains its budget friendly, great build quality mantra with this gun.
Pros:
400 fps
RIS enabled
WORKS?!! and for a 120 dollar full metal ak 47 you can beat that.
Cons:
No where to mount a scope.
In no way comparable to name brands.

I've had this gun for years now, and it's held up amazingly. I've ran into no issues with it whatsoever, and it's still shooting great. The metal parts are nice, and the plastic parts are very sturdy. It's been through countless games and several drops, and nothing has broken. The stock has a lot of battery space, and if you adjust the hop up correctly, it can be very accurate.

Rail space is limited

can u add an ak side attachment that allows for u to put on a side rail?
on most aks, u have a piece screwed into the side that u can put a side rail on, so that a scope can go right above the gearbox/ top of gun.

Can this gun safely run a 7.4v 20c 1600mah battery? Would this be similiar to running a 9.6v nimh? I want to upgrade the battery for this gun, but don't really know what this gun can SAFELY handle. Thanks.
