i got this a year ago for christmas, absolutely love it, i would recommend it to anyone in to sniping beginner or someone looking to have some serious fun! Now i have an upgraded spring spring guide and these bearings on the spring guide i got with an upgrade kit, this gun shoots redicusley hard and will shoot upwards of 175-200 feet!
Pros:
-weighs a ton!(could be a con if you are a wee fella)
-most of the parts the need to be metal are
-top scope rail is metal and solid
-double safety trigger is cool
-only plastic parts are the body/stock and the trigger box(could be a con)
-hop up is not just sticking out so it looks pretty real, but its kind of tricky to get to
Cons:
-weight, if you're small in size or lack muscle mass i would not recommend this gun.
-hop up, its hidden just in front of the magazine so its tricky to tune but after a while you get a hang of it
-im pretty sure yu can not put a barrel extension on it and a mock suppressor, thats a definite con- mock suppressors just look wary on snipers
- lastly the spring is a very strong spring, very hard to pull if u have noodle arms, consider that.
The bravo mk98 might not be a big brand sniper but it's gets the job done and exceeds expectations. From the upgrades I've done so far, it seems like it takes type L96 internals. Rifle is well built and shoots hard.
Pros:
Weight.
Sturdy body.
Comes with bipod.
Metal internals.
Upgradable if you do your research.
Cons:
Plastic trigger box.
Have to have knowledge of internal parts to buy upgrades.
Weights quite a bit. If you are weak this is a solid sniper.
Awesomely light weight, fps is around 400ish i had slight varrient. No problems so far.
