The Basic Fast Smart Charger will charge battery packs up to 9.6v. It features two different charging speeds and has an adjustable amperage dial. It also has a delta peak cut off and a trickle charge. It also charges NiCd and NiMH battery. This charger is a simple as pressing a button, a must for any airsoft player.

I like this charger a lot and I would recommend it to anybody, I use it with my 9.6 battery and it works perfectly. This charger is much better then my previous charger

This smart charger is fantastic it will greatly reduce your charge time the only problem with this charger is that they don't really give you good instructions.

This may be the only charger for airsoft I have, but it works well. It charges my battery quickly, my battery stays relatively cool, as does the charger. There is a knob you can control how quickly the battery charges and then it automatically switches to a trickle one charged to protect your battery. Comes with both large and small connectors that are easily switched out. Can't wait to buy a few more of these because it works very well.

Overcharge prevention?
I own this device and it says when it reaches peak, it will switch to slow for with a constant current output. I don't see it saying that it will shut off at battery full. Does it have anything like that and can I charge my nimh battery overnight without worry at 0.5A charge amps?
