Weird little optic in a good way. It is both cool and strange. It's cool because it flips down to be out of the way and strange because I'm so used to an optic always being there. I'm sure its just a weird training quirk but I find myself using the rear irons on the sight more than the sight itself. Like I will already be engaging and then remember oh yeah I have a dot and then deploy the dot. But other than that its great. Its nice and bright but doesnt wash out everything around it. It is pretty sturdy and deploying it is easy enough that its not annoying when I forget. Thank god that is has built in irons as a backup. Just goes to show that there is a layer of idiot proofing.
