Airsoft GI G4-A2 9" Troy TRX MID M4 Carbine AEG Airsoft Rifle (Black)
[09457]New to airsoft? Here are some safety tips for airsoft guns that we recommend following.
Never before have we built a gun with such a high value per dollar ratio. The base gun for the Airsoft GI G4-A1 9" TRX MID is a special Combat Machine M4 Blowback with a crane stock that's wired to the back. The brilliant techs at Airsoft GI have fitted this fine gun with the 9 inch Madbull Troy TRX Battle Rail. As a result, the final product is a field-range carbine with unique looks and functionality. This is apart of the famous line up of guns that are manufactured by Airsoft GI. We've worked out a special program with Combat Machine to build us a special pneumatic blowback M4 with a crane stock, sling mount, and the wires to the back, so we can eliminate the need for a PEQ box and keep a clean look. The Combat Machine was carefully chosen for their high quality, reliability and incredible value. We've dropped the G4 straight onto the ground from 8ft and 9ft with no visible damage to the body, this is the strongest plastic receiver on the market. Additionally, with the innovation and imagination from the Airsoft GI technical team we are building some of the highest quality guns that money can buy.
This incredible offer is only available at Airsoft GI. If you were to buy all these parts individually it would cost over $370.00!
- 170 for the base gun
- 116.40 for the rail
- 45 for the barrel

First thing's first, you don't have to worry about the gun being damaged in transit, because it comes in a three layered package. Cardboard, paper, and then the item box, which has a plastic molded casing inside of it to house the gun. You also don't have to worry about scuffed sights or the like, because there are none, and there are no small pieces that can get damaged. Everything's a tight, secure fit.
Pros:
I picked up this gun after taking it out of the plastic interior, and I compared it to my real-steel AR-15 SBR. The weight is amazing, it's about 5.5 lbs, very similar to the steel counterpart. I put a pair of Magpul back-up sights on the rails, plugged in a 8.4v 1600mah battery, and prayed it'd shoot at least straight. It did more than that. It shot straight as an arrow, the blowback was functioning superfluously, and it handles .23-.25g bbs like a champ. I believe during the test-shooting, AirsoftGI Techs make sure the gun is shooting straight, and the hopup is perfect. Quality, to say the least. Most people look at the FPS and say, "Well jeez, it shoots 300-330? That's way too slow." But, may I remind you that TM guns sometime shoot even lower, and are some of the most accurate airsoft guns on the market. Would you rather have an unstable 400+ fps AEG that curves bbs in every direction due to wind resistance, or a 300 AEG that keeps on hitting the bullseye? With .23-.25g bbs, I was hitting slim tree trunks and small targets set up in my DIY backyard range at 200 feet. 300-330 FPS is more than enough for field it seems, because the bbs flew fast, flew accurately, and I could put as many as my magazine permitted me into a target. I could easily get a bodyshot at that distance, and even closer is a no-brainer. The RoF with a 8.4v, no less, is astoundingly fast, and the trigger pull is clean. The pistol grip is your non-standard, and really conforms to the curvature of your hand, and the added padding of the crane stock makes shouldering this rifle a luxury on the battlefield. Internally, you don't even need a 6.03mm tightbore, because all shots are consistent. Everything on this gun, internally and externally, that needs to be metal, is. This is something I thought I'd never say about any airsoft gun, but it's completely skirmish ready, no internal upgrades needed, right out of the box. I can certainly imagine that the rest of the G4 lineup is the exact same way.
tl;dr, buy it. buy it now.
Cons:
-Orange tip
-No inclusion of sights or battery (Irons are cheap though).
-Lack of secured "click" on the fire selector switch.
I recently got this gun let me just say this. THIS GUN IS AMAZING right out of the box if feel solid, and nothing on this gun wobbles other than the casual crane stock stuff. On the sight it said it shoots around 300 to 330, but when i received my gun the slip of paper said it shot 360 so i am happy. And don't let the lower fps stop you from buying this because it shoots way farther, and way more accurate than rather a higher fps gun with a larger bb spread. And the g&g polymer body is awesome personally i myself wuld rather have a g&g polymer body over a metal body because of how durable and strong the body is. Overall the gun is amazing, and if you wondering if you should buy it dont waist any time buy it now.
Pros:
Pros:
Great fps - around 360 with .2
Great rps
solid, no wobble
looks amazing
feels amazing
performs like a charm
Cons:
Cons:
Crane stock is tough at first but just use a Philips head to get it off
The hop up is tight at first but you can also use a philips head to loosen it up and adjust it.
I just got this gun and i could not be happier, its so much lighter than my echo1 M8A4 and the Rail system is amazing i love the how modular it is. and the blow back is just icing on top' of the cake. its a awesome feature. this is a polymer gun but its G&G POLYMER!!! its fantastic, id take it over any metal body!! so don't let that be a reason not to buy!! FANTASTIC GUN!! A MUST BUY!!!
Pros:
GREAT FPS 360 w\.20
light weight
very solid
rail system
gears are purring!!!
Cons:
out of the box nothing at all wrong with it that i can tell
i did throw a 370mm 6,03 tight barrel and a flat hop to boost the range and acc
but thats just for my play style this gun is fantastic stock
