If you are considering taking up the role of the sniper in airsoft, the best possible option is this rifle. I write this after two years of extensively using this particular model and I must say that over that time it has become an extension of my arm. It has an effective range of at least 270 feet with .30's, and shoots exactly where you point with no exceptions. I have taken this rifle everywhere you can be in the game of airsoft, and it is still performing like the day I received it, despite all the abuse. Many airsoft players may tell you that sniping is pointless because a standard AEG has the same range capability. This is the exception. Its high FPS makes it very intimidating, and it leaves quite the welts. The bolt is stiff and requires a strong arm, but the FPS is well worth it. The only problem I can find with this rifle is the stock trigger box, which disintegrates after a while due to the immense pressure of the upgraded internals, a 30$ purchase will land you with a metal one that is reliable. Once again, if you are considering sniper, look no further than this rifle.
Pros:
Intimidating
Lots of replacement upgrades should anything fail
Pinpoint accuracy at ranges considered ridiculous in airsoft
Lightweight yet sturdy
Quiet, at least until someone screams as the bb hits them
Very high quality internals
Cons:
Stock trigger box, easy $30 purchase fix
Stiff bolt(but it houses a beast of a spring, whatcha gonna do)
Finicky, but after you get to know your gun it's not a problem
Everyone wants to be on your team. Flattering at first, annoying after the first year.
This gun is good in all but not worth 259 bucks
After 2 months of purchase the trigger box completely shattered
Pros:
nice range
shoots straight
nice weight
nice beginner weapon
nice first gun
Cons:
horrible trigger box
heavy
the slide pulls in to hard
Jezz, you'd think for a price like this the internals would be atleast okay, but man- was I wrong. I'm slightly disappointed that airsoft GI would pretty much sell this gun knowing its really flawed internals. I bought this gun in October of 2013, but due to winter approaching, I haven't really used it until March of 2014, and after my first game I noticed something inside the gun was really screwed up. I took it apart and noticed that there was a large crack in the crappy plastic trigger box that came with the gun. I mean, really- barely any use and the trigger box cracks. I probably wouldn't have noticed it- until I pulled the bolt back and saw it expanded a few centimeters. When I unscrewed it, I noticed that the thing pretty much shattered. (Since Airsoft GI's warranty was over) I ordered a trigger box replacement for the base gun, and received it and to my surprise it was full metal of course much better quality. I just wish Airsoft GI would replace the piece for like 30 dollars and prevent me wasting my time
Pros:
Good FPS
Accurate
Heavy
Looks sexy with a nice scope
Decent bi-pod
Cons:
Polymer body isn't satisfying to feel or hold
Heavy
Inner barrel included slightly came out of the tip of the gun
Requires a lot of upgrades still
REALLY CRAPPY TRIGGER BOX- will probably shatter on you like others who made a review and mentioned this..

How would I order with an upgraded trigger box
I have read many reviews and talked to several people who believe this is a very solid rifle minus the stock trigger box.
How do I have the trigger box updated before ordering?
Thanks
