The Airsoft GI Full Metal FMG4 is a new direction in the journey of the G4 AEGs. The current G4 is well known in the airsoft industry for being an amazing value and being built to a high standard. This new Full Metal FMG4 has an exquisite exterior, the metal parts are made of high quality aluminum for extreme durability. The body contains a cool matte finish with a custom laser etching of the Airsoft GI Crest on the left of the lower receiver and the GI Flaming BB on the right of the lower receiver. Internally, Lonex is the original equipment manufacturer for the new FMG4 Lineup. Lonex is well known for creating high quality performance parts for airsoft. The reliability of their parts is beyond what is expected. This is the FMG4-A5 Centurion DMR which means it comes with a Knights URX3 rail for airsoft. This rail system adds even more versatility to the FMG4 by the reduction of unnecessary weight producing a lightweight slimline RIS. The RIS is machined from high quality aluminum for increased durability and weight reduction. Lastly, this RIS is hard coat anodized for a stylish and protective finish. I recently bought this gun and I was very impressed. It's performance out of the box is phenomenal. The internals are very high quality and there is virtually no slop between any of the parts. For the price, your getting one heck of a gun. I used this gun stock for a while, but with a few recent upgrades, this thing is shooting more accurately than any other gun at the field I go to next to the vsr-10s and Polarstars with Orga barrels. I highly advise the Lonex high speed high torque supreme edition motor and a flat hop on this gun. Airsoft Gi does a great job on all of their builds, and this is no exception.
Pros:
-TBB pre-installed
-Rotary hop up
-Solid build; very crisp moving parts.
-operational bolt catch
-Barrel is steel
Cons:
-This rifle is HEAVY. Unless you are very fit, do not get a gun like this, but hey, what would you expect from a dmr?
-The magazine fits a little too snug for my taste, and the mag itself can be a bit finicky
-The fact they're not making these anymore
