Specifications:
Muzzle Velocity: 470FPS - 500FPS (Airsoft GI does not guarantee FPS, the range given is meant to be used as a guideline not an exact measure)
Materials Used: M150 Spring, Metal Bushings, 6.03mm Precision Inner Barrel, Hop Up Bucking, POM Piston, Torque Up Gear Set, Ball Bearing Spring Guide, Cylinder, Aluminum Cylinder Head, Aluminum Piston Head, High Torque Motor
Exclusions: SR25, SVD, PSG-1, FAMAS, TAR-21, PTS Masada
Note: TM M14 and Clone TM M14s will require an additional labor surcharge of $30 to cover the cost of more expensive gears.
Please Note:
- We require about 10 business days to complete service requests. Be advised, this is an estimated time only; some jobs may finish sooner or require more time.
- Service fee only applies to a single (1) airsoft gun.
- Repair work may take longer than 10 business days to diagnose and repair.
- If you will be shipping your airsoft gun for service, we recommend that you contact us beforehand regarding any special request, to answer any questions and provide shipping instructions. Please call (909) 869-0671 during business hours of 9am to 5:30pm (PST), Monday to Friday, and speak with either a Sales or Customer Service Representative.
- Return shipping is a separate charge that is calculated during checkout, it is not included in the service fee.
- There will be a $25 service charge for request to cancel any upgrades, tune ups and/or repairs where the Technician has already begun work. Meaning the Technician has already performed dis-assembly and/or accessed the gearbox of the airsoft gun. No exceptions.
- 45 day limited warranty on all work performed by Airsoft GI Technicians.

350FPS: 9.6V 600mah or above
400FPS: 9.6V 1500mah or 8.4V 2000mah or above
450FPS: 9.6V 2000mah or above

If I were on an actual computer I would've emailed ASGI, but I am on my PSP. I just wanted what brands you think ASGI would do this upgrade for. I am a proud owner of a JG M16a4 and need it at 400 fps at least with a .25g bb. I will also be giving it a G&P Zombie Killer metal body. If ASGI cannot upgrade my JG I will simply do it myself!

To upgrade your JG you would need a lot more things than listed on here, I would just get a systema m150 gearbox to get the power level you want. Besides, your gearbox would split in half before a full mag was shot through if you were using the stock JG gearbox.

Product Information:
I sent in a SL9. It had feeding issues and was shooting 320-340 with .28s. I requested it shoot under 2.32 joules with .32s or under 395fps with .32. The tech hit that mark right on!
Pros:
Gun shoots what I requested.
They R-hopped it.
Gun is really quiet.
Kept me up-to-date on what was going on with the gun.
I did put aftermarket parts in the gun and most, if not all were sent back to me with the gun.
Cons:
It cost me alot to ship my gun out. (live on eastcoast)
It took over a month from shipping it out and receiving it back. I dont put that on the tech, the communication between customer service and I was slow. Emails were sent and there were delay responses.
I dont know exactly everything that was done with the gun.

depends, if it shoots just under 500fps when the asgi tests it and when the border tests it than the gun will cross, you could however request for asgi to put the stock spring back in the gun after upgrading and ship the high powered m150 spring in the same box but out of the gun. if you do this then it will most likely shoot between 366-500fps and will cross with no problem, or you could get a firearms license that way you can get any gun no matter what the fps is and as long as you provide the cbsa with a scan or photocopy of your firearms license through your local cop shop.

can you upgrade to a slightly lower fps?
my local Airsoft group only lets non bolt action up to ~420fps. could you upgrade this gun so it only averages 420 and not 450fps (.20)?

I have just recently put in a 6.03mm madbull barrel. Also many of the internal parts are already metal. Will having these parts on the gun lower the price of this service?
