Airsoft GI Custom Troy SDMR (Perfect Tactical Trainer) AEG Airsoft Rifle

Fresh out of the AirsoftGI Tech Room Presses is yet another custom rifle! The beauty you see before you on the screen is the Troy SDMR AEG, classified as one of ASGI's "Perfect Tactical Trainer" rifles, which means the rifle is built on a base of an Electric Recoil or Gas Blowback gun, giving it a slightly more realistic touch than the standard AEG. This new pew machine is completely decked out with great external parts to make it a great tactical training rifle.

The base rifle, as the "PTT" designation implies, is a recoil rifle. This Troy SDMR is built on the ever-reliable KWA RM4 platform, but to make this one even better, it is the newer RM4-A1 model, meaning the gearbox is rear-wired, making battery storage a breeze. The Base RM4 is a stellar rifle from KWA. Not only is this rifle packing a hefty recoil system, it packs one heck of a punch from the gearbox as well, with crisp trigger response and muzzle velocity, this thing is a perfect field rifle. What really makes this rifle stand out is the External build on this thing.

From the ground up, this rifle was built to be slick for a slight competition gun vibe, but also decked out with the go-to accessories for most combat rifles, giving it a very nice versatile look. The stock KWA comes with the PTS Enhanced Polymer grip, which is complimented nicely by the choice in rail system of this rifle. Up front, the techs packed a REAL STEEL Troy Industries Bravo Keymod rail onto this rifle, and then attached the Troy Industries "squid pack" on the lightening cut outs for an affirmative rubbery grip to the rail. Then out front, stuck a Bravo scout flashlight for night time illumination, or otherwise just cool looks, because the tan light works really well with the troy squid grips. To round out the slick appearance of this rifle are a Lancer Tactical Micro Red dot sight, and the PTS BABC BattleComp flash-comp, which sits slightly recessed into the rail and looks amazing.

Overall, the externals of this rifle lend themselves well to tagging targets at moderate range, with fast transitions in-between, and the recoil of the RM4 platform just sweetens the already-amazing feel of this rifle.
