The rifle continues to use Classic Army's robust one-piece rotary hop up and has combined it with a Prometheus EG Precision AEG Inner Barrel. Prometheus has made some of the best tight bore inner barrels in the market, so it made sense that it was one of the top choices to modify with an r-hop system. As a result, the r-hop modification helps provide a more consistent hop trajectory, increase in range, and accuracy output.

The Nemesis Typhoon MK18 speeds through the terrain with its 40 rounds per second. The internal parts have been fitted to meet the demands and specifications of this airsoft rifle throughout the years to come. Moreover, the 40 RPS can rain BBs at its foes almost instantly with the help of the hair trigger mod. Within the trigger system, a short trigger design has been modified for quick response and fast reset. The low resistance wiring also comes equipped with a deans connector for a more efficient source of power.

Another feature of this rifles is its electronic control system. The ECS eliminates traditional trigger contacts and uses a programmable micro-switch trigger that allows for three or five round burst fire and semi-locked function. Its tough gearbox utilizes 9mm bushings with a torque 25K motor, reinforced piston, and Siegetek Cyclone Dual Sector Gear 9T. The rifle retains its true quick-change spring system. Simply access the system through the back of the receiver and unscrew the stock tube to save you time upgrading or downgrading your muzzle velocity with a different spring.
