Extremely compact two round pistol the Derringer is a single firing backup weapon. It is small, lightweight, and two BBs are simply loaded by tipping the front up. The gas is stored in the grip and filled at the valve in the bottom of the pistol grip. The Derringer 6mm airsoft replica is made in an excellent chrome finish with a textured grip. I have had this pistol for about a year now, and have been somewhat disappointed. The pistol functions as it is designed to, but the plastic body is the ultimate downfall of this unique gun. Be very careful when opening the hinge to reload the gun. Do not flip it up with momentum because the plastic hinge will fail. Carefully lift the barrels up and over the receiver rather than flipping the hinge open. A friend of mine ended up breaking the hinge that the barrels attach to the main body of the derringer by. Later on, this break cracked the receiver right in front of the hammer. Had the pistol, or at least the hinge, been made with metal, I feel that this could have been avoided. Other than this, the gun functions as it should. The breaking of the hinge and cracking of the receiver did not harm the function of the gun. It still shoots, and is still very usable. The accuracy of this gun is nothing special, as it is only intended for use in close range, and the trigger is very stiff. The safety of this gun is hard to operate mid game and the hammer is slightly wobbly. Besides these flaws, the pistol does exactly as it was intended to do: put two bbs down range to get out of a tight spot. For hostage games and the like, this pistol works well, but could be replaced with a simple $10 spring colt, so in my eyes, it is not worth the price you pay.

Will it use propane? Because green gas is pretty expensive.
Will the gun be able to use the propane like green gas will and perform the same?
