This 6mm Rechargeable Cartridge is designed for APS APM50 Sniper Rifle use. The design of this cartridge has patent. The gas won't leak by accidental drop. It is relatively safe compare to similar cartridge sytem found in the market. No Spring is used inside the cartridge, all the power and pressure are done by O-Ring and valve only. Maintenance is easy and simple.

is there any vest or plate carrier attachments able to hold these like how a shotgun shell would be held

I have yet to see any bandolier that you can attach to a vest but I was able to find some bandolier rifle slings on amazon that would be perfect for this.
