The AMP Support Weapon Scope is a 4x magnified sight with crosshair and realistic bullet drop compensator. This is a great quality scope with 2 thumbscrews to mount onto standard 20mm weaver rails. This scope is basically an ELCAN scope without the trademarks. It is very sturdy, which is good because of how expensive it is. The scope can be easily adjusted on the field. Also the viewing lense is very large so it is easy to see through. If you are a fan of the ELCAN scopes then I wouldn't recommend getting this one. I would buy it from another website for less money. It is overpriced here. As a product and not including the price, 4/5.
Pros:
Sturdy
Easily Adjustable
Cons:
Heavy - 2 lbs
Elevation Adjustment wheel is on the outside. Can easily get dirt and grit in it.
Pricey
No Trademarks
The AMP Support Scope is just an Elcan (or M145 for Americans). It is a large and heavy scope that can work well on a SAW or an assault rifle. The reticule is authentic to the Elcan, featuring a mock bullet drop compensator. Unfortunatley, said reticule is a bit small, and should not be used on guns where the scope rail is a distance from your cheek rest (Like say, an M14.) All in all, this is a solid scope that works great, whatever your mission might be.
Pros:
Rubber material
Good fit on rails
Authentic
Cons:
Heavy
Small reticule
Expensive
This is a great midrange scope. I use it on both my L85 AEG and 22LR SIG rifle. It's very sturdy and durable, and has nice, big lenses. Also, though it may seem a bit expensive now, it ends up paying for itself because it doesn't use batteries. I do have a few complaints, though. Like another reviewer said, it has a very small reticle and not very good eye relief (you have to be very close to it to see through it properly). Also, it's going to make any gun you add it to noticeably heavier. Even with these drawbacks, though, I still highly recommend this optic.
Pros:
Durable
Big lenses
No batteries
Cons:
Heavy
Small reticle
Poor eye relief
