The AIM Sports AR Mid Profile Riser Mount lifts your mounting surface to mount optics and other accessories. This riser is attached to the top rail with hex screws and provides a raised rail segment about 0.83" above the rail. The construction of the riser consist of black anodized aircraft grade aluminum for strong and durable quality. With the riser attached you can achieve a significantly better cheek weld on optics when using either a full face mask or lower mesh mask.

Product Information:
At my outdoor field, being under 18 means you need face protection, along with eye protection. This kinda sucks when you just bought a shiny new red dot and can\'t look down it with your mask. Enter the rail riser.
I ordered two of these for my red dot and a sight protector to go with it. Completely full metal, and it even comes with an Allen wrench to tighten the Allen screws with. This rail riser raises my red dot just high enough so that when my mask hits the cheek rest, I\'m able to look straight down the sight. Having this has saved my skin several times during a firefight, as I can properly aim down my red dot.
Before you buy, take a look at your red dot and sight protector length and make sure you don\'t need to buy 2. Some red dots, like mine, are too long to fit the sight protector and red dot on the same rail. The rail is 11.7 cm long, or 4 & 3/8 inches long. These rails do fit together perfectly, so you don\'t need to worry about the aesthetic look
