The AIM Sports 45 Degree Offset Picatinny Rail Mount attaches to the top rail on your RIS to provide an offset location to mount accessories like flashlights or lasers. It is ideal to mount accessories off to the side so a PEQ battery box can remain evenly placed on the top rail.

Good solid construction, even adds a little weight. Does what you'd expect, can't really go wrong if you know what you plan to do with it.

Buying these mounts is definitely the way to go if you want to have a setup for versatility. I used mine as a way to have canted iron sights, but there's any number of possibilities that they can be utilized.
Pros:
-Adds versatility to any sort of rail system on any platform
-Can maximize space for limited rail sys platforms.
-Paired up with iron sights can create a great backup aiming reticule without MilSpec costs
-Cheaper alternative to GoPro mounts provided you have a way to mount the camera on a rail
-Just looks freaking sweet
Cons:
-At nearly $17 a pop, it's a tad bit expensive, but again, well underneath the cost of Milspec canted mounts.
-Unfortunately, this is the only way to get canted iron sites, so all together it would run as much as a good low-end GBB pistol (I.e, Besa 9)
-As with all rail mounts, screws can eventually wear out
-I haven't tested (and probably won't be willing), but then potential to accidentally rip this thing off with enough force would completely total your platform, so don't go around swinging this like an axe.

Would this work with a Micro red dot scope to make it canted beside an nc star 1-4x zoom?
