VFC has taken their popular MK17-H, which has been referred to as the best replica of the MK17 currently on the market, and made it even better. The VFC Full Metal FN Herstal SCAR-H MK17 CQC Airsoft Gun is now fully licensed by FN Herstal of Belgium, and is arguably the most realistic SCAR-H replica on the airsoft market. The VFC SCAR-H maintains many of the same features and controls as the M4/M16 series, so the transition for users is simple. In addition, the MK17-H has many improvements over the M4 and the M16. The lower receiver is constructed from sturdy polymers to reduce weight. The magazine release and selector switch are ambidextrous, and the bolt release is functional. Not only is the stock retractable it is side folding and has an adjustable cheek rest, and unlike the many other brands, the wires are not exposed when the stock is folded.As if all of that wasn't enough, An integrated and uninterrupted rail runs along the top of the receiver giving the user plenty of room to mount optics and night vision equipment. In addition, there is a rail on the underside of the handguard and two removable rails for each side of the handguard that enable the user to mount accessories like a flashlight or vertical grip. VFC has really outdone themselves on this one.

Product Information:
I got the upper Tan Lower Black CQC MK16 model SCAR from VFC. Overall it's very nice and I would recommend it with a few caeats. See Cons below for why I can't give it 5 Stars.
Pros:
Excellent Construction
Decent Accuracy
Rapid Fire
Plenty of Rail Space
Fold-able Stock to bring it in tight around cover
Looks and Feels like Quality
Iron Sights are intuitive and easily acquired
Cons:
I would like it if the charging bolt moved when firing to provide added realism
The Hi-Cap magazine it comes with doesn't always load correctly (fairly minor issue, most of the time it works great)
Sometimes doesn't feed well in single fire mode. Especially when starting a new feed. Much more reliable in full auto.
The adjustable stock can pinch the wires inside if they get into the wrong spot. This can cause your gun to short out if the wires are damaged.

Product Information:
I received this scar today overall I am happy with the gun, it looks great feels great but I have no clue how it shoots. I got a mini battery with it and it doesn't fit so I used my 9.6 butterfly I got it in but lost 3 positions on my stock, I pulled the trigger and..nothing. The positive wire came out of the fuse, so now I have to take a brand new gun to get teched before I even fired it.
Pros:
Great weight, feel and very similar to a real steel scar h
Cons:
The wiring in the gun is total crap and the battery room in the stock is very limited. I expect better from vfc.

I want to buy this gun but I live in Canada. Ive heard most realistic airsoft guns are banned but I have a paintball m16 and without the hopper it looks super realistic.
