Beta Project Magpul PTS M4/M16 75 rd. AEG Mid Capacity P-Mag Magazine - 5 Pack ( Black)
[T00C00][09276 / MPTSGLPMAG75BK / BP013440307]New to airsoft? Here are some safety tips for airsoft guns that we recommend following.
Description:
The Beta Project Magpul PTS M4 P-Mag is another great line of the Magpul P-Mag for your M4. It is made from a durable polymer with ridges all over it for a strong grip with or without gloves. The base plate on the magazine is even the same as the Magpul P-Mag which means that Magpul P-Mag Ranger plates will also work with these magazines. These magazines are recommended for use with high quality airsoft M4 replicas like G&G, VFC, Classic Army, Tokyo Marui, and ICS. This magazine may work with other manufacturers AEG but cannot be confirmed by Airsoft GI.
Specifications:

I bought these mags a few weeks ago before my first big game. They were great with my Classic Army M15A4, not even a tiny bit of wobble once in the magwell. Once they go in, they stay in. I love how solid they feel and hardly mind that they are made of plastic (although metal would be nice) My primary issue with these is that for some reason I can't always get them to feed the last 2-3 bb's. Definitely recommend these to anyone considering buying mags.
Pros:
Lightweight
Strong/solid feel
Easy to grip
Look great
Fit great in Classic Army M15A4
Cheap
Cons:
Plastic
Don't feed last 2-3 bb's
I initially purchased these mags for the PMAG look and for the decent amount of BB storage. However, when I received these mags I was disappointed to find out that these mags jam up like crazy. The design of these mags is that so the BBs are supposed to double-stack when loaded into the mag, but more often than not the BBs jam up next to each other and get stuck. The issue is that the the size of the BB track is too large to properly double-stack. I sometimes get lucky and they feed properly, but most of the time I just end up frustrated and ave to take the spring out again to un-jam the mag. Taking the spring out is beyond easy, but it still does not compensate for the absolutely terrible quality of the loading design.
Pros:
Highly durable (I've beat the crap out of some of them; nothing more than a few scuffs)
Beautiful look
Lightweight
Great fit, minimal to no wiggle
Decent capacity
Easy to remove spring and unload
Cons:
Jams up 90% of the time, leaving you to disassemble the mag
Way too frustrating to deal with during a game
Dysfunctional feeding system pretty much cancels out any pros (what's the point of a magazine that doesn't feed?)
Waste of my money and time
I have had these mags for almost a year, and I'm proud to say they have stood the test of time (externally). They are very durable and look great but you do not want to buy these. They feed terribly, jam, and are just poor quality. They aren't even the same length as a real STANAG magazine, they're almost a centimeter or two shorter. Overall just do not buy these. Get some of the KWA e-mags or whatever the new ones are.
Pros:
-Look nice
-Durable
-Fake bullets in window
-Easy to disassemble
-Take ranger plates
Cons:
-Awful feeding
-Jam incredibly often (I found that silicon helps immensely with that issue)
-Too short compared to real STANAGS, which causes them to fit oddly in pouches
-Only 75 rounds instead of 120 like other brands
-Too light for my tastes
