Overall a nice product. I bought it for my Echo 1 Vector Arms MP5 RIS.

This following paragraph applies only to owners of the Echo 1 Vector Arms MP5 RIS, and maybe other MP5"s that have RIS Systems installed.
On the Echo 1 RIS model (and only the RIS model) there is a black plastic sleeve that goes over the barrel to hide the shiny golden color through the holes of the RIS system. One can remove the sleeve quite easily by just sliding it off. In order for the Cocking tube to fit onto the gun, the sleeve has to be filed down on the top in order for the Metal Cocking tube, one must also file down on the actual metal part of the Metal Cocking tube. It's basically trial and error. Just keep sliding the Metal Cocking tube on, if it fits good. If it doesn't, slide it off and file some more until it fits properly. You CAN skip all of this by just taking off the sleeve, this in turn though exposes the golden color of the barrel, which will be quite visible. I choose the long way to ensure good looks. The metal also matches the metal body of the Echo 1 Vector Arms MP5 RIS.

This Metal Cocking Tube will fit on all MP5's that are TM, TM Clones, and obviously ICS. It MAY OR MAY NOT fit onto other brand MP5's. The Cocking Lever will be VERY jumpy at first and will catch and not be very smooth. Old engines had to be broken in so the cylinders and pistons could form a tight seal, the same can be said for this Cocking Tube. The metal is not as smooth as plastic so the lever will have to form grooves in the tube, just slide it back and forth taking great care not to let the lever slam forward and not putting a lot of stress on the lever, remember although it's metal, it's not steal. Once the grooves have been carved the lever will move very easily, also spray some silicone oil into the tube to aid in smoothness.
