It already comes with charging handle, bolt cover..etc, so you don't have to buy them seperately!
Very good price as a replacement piece.
Pros:
It comes with everything already (charging handle, bolt cover..).
Lighter weight compare to a metal upper reciever.
Very solid built & good for CQC because of its weight.
Cons:

Product Information:
This is a great receiver, once you get it on. I installed it on my A&K M16A3 with stock externals and internals. It is a real tight fit on the A&K M16 Plastic Lower Receiver and on the gearbox. If you just put it on, it didn't close all the way and also was shorter than the lower receiver. The tabs have to be pushed very hard to get in the lower receiver. The holes in the tabs were also smaller than the body pins for the gun, so I had to file and drill the holes bigger. Put all of that work aside it was very easy to do and works the way it should, after modification.
Pros:
-Nice black finish
-Imitation Gas Tube
-Metal Rails, Charging Handle, Dust Cover, Barrel Connecter
-Good price
-Does what it needs to do
Cons:
-Bad fit
-Had to modify it
-Tight to get around the gearbox
-No imitation bolt (but it doesn't matter anyway)
-Somewhat cheap material.

So I bought this to replace the one on a franken M4 with a echo 1 plastic stag lower I'm working on, definitely not what I was expecting when I pulled it out of the packaging, first mines was a grey color instead of the black as pictured it gives it a cool two toneish look so I'm not even mad. Took a bit of work to get it on my echo 1 lower surprisingly but nothing too major just 5 minutes with a file to enlarge the front hole so the body pin can get in, its a pretty cheap feeling plastic so you definitely get what you pay for here but for the price its alright, I wish it had a hole for a mock gas tube though, its plastic so I can just easily drill one out

1. Color may vary ? Mines came in a grey color

Does this upper receiver fit on a Cyma CM.010
I have a Cyma CM.010 but at the back of the receiver you have a small ledge that locks in place in the bottom receiver, this part broke so the body does not close perfectly anymore. So i am searching for a cheap and new upper receiver only. I saw this and wanted to know wither this would fit?
