AGM 614 Advanced Carbine AEG Airsoft Rifle (Black)
[O08A01][04091 / MP053]New to airsoft? Here are some safety tips for airsoft guns that we recommend following.
Up until now the only way to get an airsoft replica 614 was to purchase an expensive high end gun or build one from a kit (an even more expensive option). The AGM 614 is affordable but has all the features that make the 614 unique. It has a free floating RIS handguard that closes the traditional gap between the receiver and the standard handguard of the m4. The rear sight is removable and the front sight flips down out of the way when using optics. However, it has a retractable crane stock that can be adjusted for the users comfort and houses the custom battery pack.. It is also compatible with most major brands of standard and high capacity after market magazines. This airsoft gun from AGM is an affordable option for anyone who likes the design of the 614.

Good gun.Everything is solid. No wobbles. Was very accurate right out of the box hitting man sized targets at 200ft. I had originally ordered the JG 614 with PEQ box but they were out so they sent this. I dont really like the crane stocks and the slide lever on mine was broken but ASGI sent me a replacement LE collapsible stock. Shoots 350-400 fps according to coke can test. And as far as people saying the JG/Echo1/AGM guns are too heavy or front heavy they are almost the exact weight and feel of a standard Army issued M4 so stop crying.
Pros:
no wobbles
all metal
good weight
Cons:
crane stock (personal preference)
sling mount seems easily breakable (but might not be)
I bought this gun a year ago, and it has served me well. Stock, it's rate of fire isn't exactly fast, but fast enough to drop someone, switch to another target, and shoot. It's heavy, accurate, can take any attachment available, and can take any upgrade you can through at it.
A couple caveats involve the stock battery, the front sight wobble, the orange flash hider, the cheap-feeling stock, and the sling.
However, upgrading the gun is very easy. With a tightbore and a 9.6 crane battery, you can increase the range, accuracy, and fire rate. I haven't installed any more internal upgrades, but I'll bet that the body can take it. Other than cosmetic changes, the gun is very much worth the 200.
Just change out the battery, flash hider, sling, and inner barrel, and you're golden. The front sight, while wobbly, can be removed and replaced with a RIS front sight. Too bad it's out of stock permanently.
Pros:
Heavy
Modular
Very upgradeable
Accurate and powerful when upgraded
Ergonomic
Cons:
Stock Battery sucks
Orange Flash Hider
Standard Barrel isn't very accurate
Sling is WORTHLESS
This gun is a beast. My first day out with it I tripped and fell on a rock and the gun landed pretty hard, came away shooting with barely a scratch. It is has incredibly long range for an airsoft gun even before upgrading it with a tightbore barrel, which I would strongly recommend. Mine shoots somewhere around 250 feet, and fairly accurately as well. It is pretty hefty so a foregrip is a good option as well. This gun also has amazing penetration through cover, I have shot many a person through a bush who has thought they were safe. Definitely a five-star in my book, I highly recommend it to anyone who wants an affordable but powerful gun.
Pros:
Incredible range and penetration
Has enough FPS that you can use heavier bb's (I use TSD .26 Bios)
Full metal construction, very durable
Barrel extension allows for a much longer inner barrel to be put in it
Rails allow for quite a bit of customization
Easy to disassemble/reassemble
Cons:
Front rails are slightly wobbly, doesn't really present a problem to me.
The crane stock doesn't go in past the first setting, the wires get in the way. Not a problem for me but will probably present difficulty to shorter-armed people unless modifications are made.
Fairly heavy; recommend a sling and foregrip
