New to airsoft? Here are some safety tips for airsoft guns that we recommend following.

Upgrade your plastic spring guide to the Systema Version 3 Metal Spring Guide with ball bearings. Plastic spring guides can break easily, especially on upgraded guns. If your gun is shooting above 320FPS with .20g BBs you absolutely need a metal spring guide. The ball bearings on this model are especially good for upgraded guns because they help reduce tension on the spring by allowing it to spin freely, thus reducing the probability of the spring breaking.

It's enormously better than the crappy stock spring guide in my CM031. Very nice quality, and the bearings are super smooth. According to the package, it takes up a little more space than the stock guide, so your spring compresses more than it would in the stock configuration. This means that you could expect to see a small velocity increase by installing this spring. Small means like probably 5 FPS at most. The bearings help reduce stress on your motor, so this can help the longevity of your gun's life too =) I'm upgrading everything in my gun with Systema parts.
