Description:
The MICH 2001 Helmet has been issued to a number of Special Operations groups. With its high cut design, it protects the head and accommodates communications equipment such as radio headsets and ear protection. The Lancer Tactical MICH 2001 helmet is very light weight, and very comfortable to wear due to the included padding inside the helmet. The chin strap is fully adjustable at 4 different locations; therefore it fits almost everyone. Use this helmet as head protection and a way to complete the loadout theme you are going for. This helmet comes in a tan finish, great for blending with desert environments.

This is a really nice helmet. I have used it several times and it really is nice. Reason is I got shot at so many times in the helmet and all I felt was the comfort in the padding.
Pros:
Has rails to mount lights on
Has adjustable straps
Also has padding in the helmet for your head
Cons:
One size fits all and it does not have Velcro to put patches on if you wanted

I've had this helmet for quite some time. I've hated it ever since I've got it. It is extremely hard to adjust, and is always loose. When you tighten it just right, the piece around you ear pushes up and makes wearing it extremely uncomfortable.
Save yourself the hassle and get an Emerson.

Adjustment is screwed up and uncomfortable

Product Information:
I've had this helmet for a round a year and played airsoft with it vigorously and did perform really well. The helmet is made with a durable heavy plastic. The rails how ever are a little bit weak. The rail edges cracked at some time but minimal damage was made. The padding is relay comfortable there are about 6-8 pieces in side each attached by velcro and easily removable. The NVG mount is fine and well secured on the helmet. Now the texture in this helmet is amazing the rough bumps on the helmet gives it an authentic feel. The helmet does feel a bit heavy but you'll get used to it. The helmet runs very very big from my forehead to the front brim of the helmet there's about 1 inch of space. No holes so no way of running bungee system on the helmet not a big deal but if you want to look like some popular mil slim airsofters who run these on their helmet you won't be able to run that. An overall view I'd rate this helmet 4 stars.
