Elite Force H&K G36C Sportline AEG Airsoft Rifle (Black)
[R14B00][10169 / HK-2275000 / 2275000]New to airsoft? Here are some safety tips for airsoft guns that we recommend following.
Description:
The Umarex H&K G36C AEG Airsoft Gun (Black / Sportline) is the perfect gun to fill a long standing void in the airsoft market, affordable licensed airsoft guns. This is the most affordable AEG that's officially licensed by H&K. This G36 stays very true to the real H&K G36 with the polymer construction, folding stock, top rail for accessories, and the railed hand guard for even more accessories. The G36C has a lot of ambidextrous features such as the fire selector and magazine release. The charging handle is also ambidextrous and when pulled back it reveals the airsoft gun's hop up. The internals of this gun are completely constructed of metal. Umarex is offering this gun a ready-to-play package, you can purchase it and get right on the field with it since it comes with a battery and charger. The officially licensed H&K trade marks put a realistic finishing touch on the gun that most other airsoft guns in its price range do not have.

I've had this gun for 3+ months now and it still performs amazing! When I first got it, right out of the box it felt awesome and since the real G36c is polymer, I was happy with the realism. It also has some trademarks on the side that's very cool and on the mag it says the real steel gun caliber and not 6mm which I personally like even though that doesn't even really matter it was a nice refreshing pay attention to details. For externals, the gun is very sturdy with its polymer receiver, mag-well, front hand-guard, and stock. The 3 front short rails are metal, while the top rail is a sturdy abs plastic. While I don't really like abs rail on top, it still works while holding my NC Star 1x30 metal red dot and has no wobble. As for internals, the first thing you should know is the rate of fire is insane for this low a price, especially on a 9.6v. The gearbox seems to hold up well, but the piston body is plastic which kinda sucks but I haven't had any problems with it. When they shipped it, it was shot before shipping with the battery it comes with and was ~337 fps! but after a couple of months it dropped down to ~303 fps. This can be easily fixed with a tune up kit or just replacing the spring (which by the way is SUPER easy since it has a quick change spring guide). The gun is accurate for stock, but since I took it apart and the outer barrel is a cheap abs, is slightly misaligned the bucking, which is all my fault since I should have been more careful. Overall, I love this gun and it is an amazing beginner gun for anyone looking to get into airsoft for a low price. AND also contrary to popular belief, you are able to fit a 9.6v nunchuck in the gun (here is a video tutorial how to fit one in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y7jHKTC63lY ).
Pros:
EPIC rof.
Cool trademarks.
Sturdy outward build.
Good iron sights that has 2 options.
Sturdy stock at a great length.
Good feeding with the mag.
Metal rails on the hand-guard.
Orange tip is strong, it has been hit by multiple bbs somehow and bumped into corners without chipping at all.
Good fps.
Great accuracy.
Version 3 gearbox unlike most m4's so the motor is held in place tight.
The internals are well made for the price.
Metal/polymer where it counts most of the time.
I love the feeling of the trigger.
Decent semi auto response time.
fold able stock.
Quick change spring system.
Surprisingly allot of after market upgrades both internally and externally.
Cons:
Top rail is abs.
Outer barrel is abs.
Iron sights are hard to see with a mask.
Charging handle feels like it needs be greased.
plastic hopup chamber.
You know what, just read the pros and cons below, no use stating them here, am I right?
*Side note: I suggest upgrading to an M120 Spring and using 0.23 Gram BBs, to lessen the movement to the right and raise the FPS, since 317 out of the box isn't as fast as I would have liked.*
*Also, the battery sucks, get a Tenergy LiPo 11.1V 1000mAh 20C Stick (Battery).*
Pros:
Spring and Electric, in case battery dies out.
Folding stock for CQB and Field.
Easily accessible battery.
Easy to attatch barrel sock.
Lightweight.
Very durable, for a plastic gun, that is.
Low iron sights so they don't get in the way of scopes.
You can put magazines together for quick reloading.
Semi- and Full-Auto.
Low enough FPS for indoor play.
Great overall starter gun.
10 Shots Per Second.
400 Round Hicap Magazine.
Cons:
Not realistic (Not heavy).
Fires slightly to the right, nothing too bad.
FPS isn't that good when it comes to outdoor play.
When using Spring Power, it sometimes blank fires.
Sometimes BBs fall out the front when you aim down.
Sometimes it shoots two at once, slow and inaccurate.
Horrible battery.
Slightly overpriced.
Loose screws.
I have used it a few times in big games and have not had an issue. The battery is good but can drain for longer games. getting the battery in the compartment can take some practice. The range on this is pretty good 100+ feet. It can sometimes have issues if the firing switch is between settings. It is a good beginner aeg.
Pros:
good for the price, folding stock and lower FPS for CQB usage, battery can last a while, good beginner aeg
Cons:
feeding issues if the firing selector switch is in between settings, mostly plastic body, battery compartment is small and takes time to close correctly.

What type of 9.6v battery would fit in this gun?
I'm looking for a better battery for the gun so I have a higher rate of fire and it seems like you would need a way smaller battery to fit into the compartment.

Staff Answer:
9.6v might be a bit too large in size. If you want something similar we would suggest a 7.4v Lipo. It produces a similar if not just a bit more power than the 9.6v NiMH. 3795 days ago 0
