Plate Carriers have become the standard for military personnel when it comes to ballistic protection and load bearing. The Spec Op Plate Carrier accepts standard 10x12 plates in the front and rear compartments. The advantage of a MOLLE plate carrier is it allows its user to configure the vest to his needs and the needs of the mission with a wide range of different pouches. The low-profile design of this plate carrier gives the user the room to carry all his equipment without the bulk of traditional plate carriers that limit mobility. On the top of the front and rear of the carrier is a panel of hook and loop fasteners for an ID placard or patches. Also, on the rear of the carrier is an emergency drag handle for pulling the user to safety. The Spec Op Carrier is adjustable from medium to extra large.

This is an amazing carrier. It is decked out with all kinds of molle! It is fully ajustable and does not take long to break in. fully customizable with anything that attaches to molle also it has velcro on top perfect for little patchesand if you remove the top row of molle you can fit even bigger patches

this is an awesome, lightweight vest. its specifically designed for people who dont want the regular bulky vests, but still want a plate carrrier. ive got a hydro carrier, three m4 pouches, an emt pouch, a dump bag,and an admin pouch, and im still runnin like ive got nothing on!!!

Cons:
im really skinny, so it fits kind of sloppy if i dont have my acu jacket on.
no side molle, so you cant carry a "side" arm, have to carry a "front" arm. (lame joke)
P.S. if you dont want to compensate the room to fit a molle holster, the acu drop leg holster is an amzing purchase as well.

i bought this vest a couple of weeks ago and its pretty good for the price it doesn't have too much room so if your a gear whore i wouldn't get this
