G&G Full Metal FS-51 AEG Airsoft SMG
[03598 / TGF-051-FIX]New to airsoft? Here are some safety tips for airsoft guns that we recommend following.
Description:
The G&G Full Metal FS-51 is a great new AEG from G&G. It's look and feel is similar to that of the MP5. However the FS-51 picks up where the MP5 really lacks, the range and the magazine. The FS-51 Tactical magazine holds more than twice what the MP5 high caps hold, and the extra length on the barrel allows for a longer, more accurate shot. This gun is the perfect solution for those who are looking for a practical/tactical use AEG. The full stock is ideal for a large battery. The gun package also comes with a top rail for optics.

Since there are no real reviews of this gun out there that I have seen, here's a quick review.
The gun is full metal, or at least has as much metal as the real steel version, including the outer barrel assembly and bolt system (no more broken bolt assemblies because of the "hk slap!")
Pros:
-Shoots about 330 FPS out of the box.
-EASY to dissassemble. All you need to do to get the lower reciever and gearbox out is remove three pins.
-Bolt assembly gives a satisfying *clack* unlike some cheap plastic version.
-Full metal.
-The stock can hold a large 8.4v, which is more than enough to supply a nice RoF.
-An aftermarket railed handguard would be ridiculously easy to install, all you need to do is remove one pin, slide the plastic handguard out and the railed one in, and then reinsert the pin.
Cons:
-The only thing that may need attention is the motor. It is hot in the summer in SC, but the motor seems to get a little hot. Not burning hot by any means, just warmer than any gun I have encountered.
It's probably due to the RoF, and you could easily counter this by drilling 2 or 3 holes in the grip itself, or the motor plate on the grip.
Overall, this gun is a fun AEG and I would recommend it if you like the G3, or any of its variants.
