The PTS Mega Arms 308 MML MATEN Gas Blowback Rifle replicates the very distinctive looking Mega Arms' MML AR-10 platform. The proprietary Mega MML platform interfaces the 14 inch MLOK compatible aluminum rail with the billet style aluminum receiver in a manner that gives the entire assembly virtually the strength and rigidity of a monolithic upper. The rifle has a 16 inches long barrel which strikes the best balance of portability and range performance befitting a DMR (designated marksman rifle) style rifle. It is capable of select fire including safe, single shot, and three round burst. The PTS Mega Arms MML MATEN GBBR standard equipment also includes a proprietary design PTS Enhanced Polymer Grip, Enhanced BUIS (back up iron sights), Enhanced Polymer Magazine LR and Enhanced Polymer Stock.

Product Information:
Beast of a rifle! Has a good heft and the Blowback is amazing. It'd kind of a pain to accessorize due to the m-lok rail but otherwise a beautiful piece. Excellent with a .30 and green gas as a DMR. Don't go ham on the trigger, though. It will putter out at the 28-30th bb without locking back. Easy to clear but could be life or death in game.
Pros:
Realistic weight & operation
Good performance at range (200 ish feet)
Feels good to hold and comfortable to shoot.
Very, very pretty to look at....don't judge me.
Very sturdy construction. Full Metal but not too heavy.
Cons:
Mag is oddly heavy ( feels like it's a fifth of the weight).
Putters out with rapid fire ( a good sniper or patient rifleman shouldn't have a problem.
Accessories are a mild pain to attach ( buy a rail set or two)
Mag is a bit fragile ( don't drop it too hard or use it as a hammer)

This gun shoots pretty good. No upgrade parts however but still happy with the way the gun performs.

-Heavier kick than the LM4
-Correct flash hider for .308 guns
-Pretty accurate
-Decent gas consumption.

Product Information:
Ive had this gun for a little more then 3 months now and its been performing rather mediocre. While the external build and finish is fantastic to look at, the internals and performance is where this gun really suffers since its basically a "bigger Lm4". The hop up ootb has an overhopping problem and the adjustment of the hop up makes little to no difference in the actual trajectory of shot bbs. The gas efficiency is also very poor. I've had to fill the magazines with upwards of a 15 second gas charge and its only enough gas to maybe fire one and a quarter magazines before the reservoir is empty. The poor gas efficiency is attributed to the very heavy bolt carrier group. On the topic of the magazines, the .308 style magazines look and feel great, much like the gun and boy are they huge! The size and internal build of the magazine comes with the cost of weight; the magazines are very heavy. Overall, this gun is probably not the best general purpose gbbr you could buy. I would recommend to only purchase this rifle if youre really interested in having a gbb AR-10 style rifle while not having to go through the hassle of importing a gbbr only available overseas. Also this gun should be purchased with the intention to upgrade the internals because ootb performance is poor.

Great recoil impulse ootb.

Hop-up is bad. Same poor hop-up system as other Lm4's. Should be replaced with a Maple Leaf/TNT hop set to really get DMR performance.
