This was in my XCR, but when I upgraded it I got a new motor, so I put this one in my D-boy SCAR with a 120 spring and it has an incredible rate of fire even though it's a torque motor.
Pros:
-reliable
-great ROF for most springs
Cons:
-I'm not sure if this will pull a 130 spring. I had trouble upgrading my gun so I had a shop do it and I bought a better motor just in case.
Been running this motor in 2 builds so far and it has improved performance greatly. There is a increase in trigger response and slightly in fps. Cant tell on rof, but it probably does increase it.
Pros:
-increase in performance
-trigger response
-pulls a m120 easily and a m100 like nothings even there.
Cons:
-can get a lonex for 10 dollars more and get high speed and torque
-plugs on motor can be finicky when plugging in

Yes it will perform fine, however if you're looking for my speed on full auto, try a high speed motor. 2274 days ago 0

Staff Answer:
It depends on the overall supporting parts for the motor. A 9.6v NiMH battery should be fine in most builds. 2440 days ago 0
