First off, a huge word of thanks. I'd been playing airsoft for a bit of time before I finally learned about you guys - you can't imagine how regretful I was when I did and how much money got wasted elsewhere, especially since I'm from the area the walk-in store is based in. You guys have such a huge catalog of guns and gear that it makes my head swim - I've spent more hours reading through the reviews and gear descriptions than I have watching movies; for someone who's an Animation major in college, this is a bad thing.

I'm an especially big fan of the Top Options category that you guys have added in to the website as of late. It is a little sad to know that the gun in particular that I wanted was out of stock, but at least you guys acknowledge that it's so popular and give us buyers a comparable alternative to it. That really shows me the dedication you guys have to customer service and how you want to better help the rest of us players who couldn't get the gun we wanted.

First off, I really like your website. I've bought from you multiple times and have no problems. Probably the thing that I like the most about the website is the layout. It's very organized, and makes it very easy to navigate. The categories on the left side of the screen make are well done, and make it very easy to find the the product category I'm looking for, which is very important to me. I am writing to you today not about any current order or item, but to tell you about the great experience I had ordering from your store. Recently I had placed a few orders from several airsoft retailers (only due to product availability) and I must say out of the three stores: Airsoft GI, Evike, and Airsplat yours was certainly the best. When I opened the box from Airsplat it contained the items I ordered, and a pamphlet, nothing more. Next, I opened the package from Evike; it contained my items and some advertisements and a 16% off coupon, which is nice, but with their shipping it’s basically 10% off (and they don’t have any awesome reward system). Finally I opened the two packages from Airsoft GI. The first was accessories, some tactical gear and a CO2 pistol, all nicely packed along with your airsoft 101 pamphlets (something nice to have). Then I opened the second box, which was the Magpul Masada ACR that was on backorder. The first thing I saw when I opened the box was the Airsoft GI Victory poster, which was a great surprise to find. The second thing I noticed was the sheet that showed the gun’s chrono ( I don’t own one so it is helpful to know) and that it passed your tech’s inspection. It’s really great to know that you guys check the guns before sending them out to ensure quality, and unlike some people I don’t care if the gun was touched by someone as long as I know it works right. So there you are, my impressions of 3 top airsoft retailers and who is the best. Airsoft GI is my #1 choice for airsoft shopping, and I only use other retailers for items your store doesn’t carry, although I would love to do all my business with Airsoft GI. Thank you for everything you have done and for all the great services you continue to provide.

I really like how GI TV is right on the home page, it updates me on all the new guns you have. I also really like how easy it is to find guns by using the menu I can easily find exactly what I want without having to search. I also really like the Tim's Recommendation.

The feature I like the most is definitely the overview on the main paige. On the left side is the menue, which is comfortable to read and gives a good overview. I specially like the "Top 10" section. Another good feature is the "Shop by Price" section, I think a lot people will like this feature. A big "searchbar" always on top is good to.

I like it so far, but have yet to see anything I'm sold on. It also be nice if you guys could add 1 or 2 more items to the deals. -Clean easy to navigate website unlike some other.... -Airsoft gun inspection I like that you guys test the guns you're selling before you ship because other websites may charge you for that option or not test at all. These are the many reasons why I keep you guys bookmarked and always check you guys out first before I look at a different seller.

As a returning customer, I'm always impressed by something new on Airsoft G.I.'s website. There is always a new feature added to help the customer feel more confident in their decision to make a purchase from G.I.'s store. This includes the item's description, with a detailed overview, several angles of the item on display, with an occasional video placed at the bottom. The use of comments also helps because it gives a consumers viewpoint, rather than a sellers viewpoint. After the recent site upgrades, my most favorite feature would have to be under 'Popular Search', in which a Flash animation comes up, with the type of gun, with a picture accentuating it. Using the site's built it search engine, it helps compile a list of weapons under that category. I'm always impressed when it comes to G.I., on all aspects. From their customer service, to their site, to their build team, it's always something new and exciting. One of just many reasons why I make all my purchases from G.I.. Keep up the good work! And as you would say, "Get out and play airsoft!"

My favorite feature that keeps me coming back to the Airsoft GI website is the "Latest Additions" section of the main page. I check it daily as it changes so often that I like to keep up on new products to drool over. Also liking the new "Shocker Deals" added recently. Hello airsoftgi! I saw your post on facebook about how if we the customers send you guys comments about your website, you might send us a freebie, and who doesn't like free stuff? so I will give you all my honest opinion. Your website, in my humble opinion, is one of the most organized and best looking airsoft websites out there, everything about it fantastic. Being able to sort by manufacturer, gun type, price (love being able to do that!) parts, and all that other stuff is very handy. It's also nice to just being able to go to the bottom of the page and see the new products, I love being able to keep track of the new awesome stuff you guys get. A few more thing I find fantastic about your website is all the videos timmey (tim) does, all of them are entertaining, funny, informative, and the whole safety reminder in each video is just icing on the cake. Having a page for "tim's recommendations" is also very cool, it's nice to see what products the timster either has or recommends. Your new shocker deals are another ingenious idea, I find it entertaining to check up on them everyday, just to see what huge discounts there are, and it's nice to know when it comes time to buy a new gun, I can wait for something to come up in the daily shockers. While we're on the subject of discounts, it's very nice of you guys to always have an active coupon, it gets rid of that nasty CA sales tax, hence saving me money. I saved $50 on my last order because of no tax! that's enough to buy ten 5 dollar footlongs at subway! I could keep going on forever about how cool and organized your website is, but it would just be a HUGE wall of text, and I know you people at airsoftgi are to busy providing outstanding customer service (yes, I am sucking up) to read a huge wall of text. Ok, you guys are great! I got on the GI forums to do the usual, and I got a private message. It quoted teambutterfield(a GI forum moderator and probably a GI employee) saying that I won the Novak NeXt pistol from a free raffle on the GI forums. I was amazed at what I saw! I couldn't believe it. I have never won anything like this in a raffle, let alone a $140 pistol! I was so excited that I had to tell somebody, so I told my parents. My mom read it, read it again, and said "Yea right, its just some mean kid playing a prank on you." Comes about 7 days later, she says that they weren't lying, you got a package from Airsoft GI. I was so excited, I got home from school and opened it up right away. I must say, you guys really know how to pick out a prize! Good day gentlemen. I wanted to thank you for the very efficient and informative order process. I also want you to know that your tactical gear, mag pouches specifically, is of very good quality. I have MOLLE equipment that was issued to me as an infantryman in the Army, and I've looked at a lot of the aftermarket MOLLE equipment being sold at the post retailers, for twice as much or more, and yours is every bit as good. I have an inexpensive plate carrier and mag pouches from you for my personal gear and I was impressed enough that I have ordered more pouches for my issue LBV. So far the plate carrier is holding up to my level IV plates. I have mentioned your company several times to the guys in my unit, and when I get the new mag pouches and dump pouch I have no doubt you will get some orders since our command is allowing us some latitude in our gear. I do not have any airsoft guns at this time, but have considered getting one just for training purposes. If i do I'm certain I will be contacting you for advice on the best M4 clone for my needs. They even modified my KWA M4 same day so that I could take it home with me that day. I just wanted to let you know why Airsoftgi is my only retailer from now on. I made an order last week and the item was out of stock. I called and talked to Nathan who work with me for a long time trying to find a replacement part, for the out of stock item, as I needed it for an upcoming event. Nathan put in 110% in trying to find an alternative part, including searching the Boneyard, and made me feel like he really cared about my order. In the end no alternative replacement was found but because of Nathan and how he treated me I was good with that. Now this is where the story usually ends but I get a message from Nathan when I arrived this morning saying he found the part and was shipping it out!!! I can’t believe that even after working with me all that time he still did not give up and eventually found the part. Kudos to Nathan and Airsoftgi. I have officially sent separations letter to Evike and my other retailers as they have never come close to that kind of service. Having played airsoft for over 10 years, and being a professional airsmith, I have purchased all sorts of parts from virtually every major retailer. Never before have I seen the fastidious customer service offered by Airsoft GI. I have several times been amazed by the service I have received, but most incredible was a recent incident where a part had fallen out of a kit some time during package processing. It would have been perfectly easy for Airsoft GI to simply tell me that I must have lost it and it was my problem, but instead the looked for it and actually found and shipped me the missing item. The whole problem took less than two days for me to call, inform them of the problem, and for them to find and ship the part. I was blown away. Unsurprisingly, I will continue to order guns and parts from Airsoft GI.

I just had to send this email to let you know of my experience at your Black Friday sale and raffle. This event was I think by far the most well run event like this I have ever been to. I've been an airsofter for about four years. As usual for most young airsofters, i started out just with "walmart" guns. Then as i got older and more skilled, i went to ordering online. At first I didn't know the difference between certain airsoft sites. So, I used evike, thinking they were ok. I was wrong. Almost every order had a flaw in it, and i was getting angrier every order. After so long, i just felt like giving up. But after my friend and i started talking, he told me about Airsoftgi.com. Eager to see if all he said was true, i visited your website. And man was i impressed! I love how Tim reviews your products in very good detail, and how great your customer service is. I called to ask a question about a product and "Anthony" answered. He was friendly, easy to understand (unlike most places that have foreigners), and to the point. I also recently ordered the ARES M4A1. it blew me away by its performance and realism. And to top that all off, the order didn't have a single flaw in it!! So, thank you Airsoftgi for all of your support and time.

I have come to notice that there is no email for people who are proud owners of your products so I thought I would try to reach you through this one. I have made many purchases from your website and by doing so I have brought many of my friends into the world of airsoft. One day I plan on visiting the store in person but since the army has me stationed in washington dc i can not do so. I have turned a small group of people into a amazing airsoft team.
